Sadly I have heard that, and I'm just like you, I had made fun of his name. *apologizes after she realizes she shouldn't have* I don't like Obama. He is putting more taxes on the "rich" but the salary level keeps coming down so more and more people will be in that range for the higher taxes. He also stopped a bill that was going through Congress about abolishing a form of "abortion" (I call it murder) where after the baby is born, you leave it in a room by itself and let it cry to death. I don't like how he thinks he can talk to terrorists, you can't negotiate with them and that can be considered an act of terrorism. But I would never consider him the anti-christ. I voted for McCain and he lost, we have to live with Obama for the next four years so name calling isn't going to do any good. Actually I heard a rumor that two teenagers? had attempted to assasinate him and were arrested. But I don't know, it was just a rumor and I don't know if I believe it.

AFTER, the baby is born? D= Cry to death? I'm all for the regular abortion, where they kill it quickly and painlessly before it's born. But putting it in a room and letting it cry to death is just plain f**king torture. >.> And yeah, two teenagers did try to kill him. >.<

Well the way McCain was doing tax cuts was going to cost the country a lot of money, so I'm for Obama there. Looking at the charts those making 250,00-600,000 would only have to pay about $12 more, but the part I disagree with is how the very wealthy are going to have to pay 115,000 for those making 603,000 and up, and 701,000 more for those making over 2.9 mil. Either way there's going to be pros and cons: money.cnn.com/2008/06/11/news/economy/candidates_taxproposals_tpc/index.htm

He also stopped a bill that was going through Congress about abolishing a form of "abortion" (I call it murder) where after the baby is born, you leave it in a room by itself and let it cry to death. I don't know where you have gotten your information, but I don't believe this in the slightest. (a) It's not legal in the first place; it's murder, and that isn't open to interpertation. (b) He was a congressman he can't altogether stop a bill passing through congress; he's ONE person. There would have to have been people along with him that voted for that; and I don't think anyone in congress wouldm agree with that. (c) That is not like him. The only reason why he supports abortion is because he doesn't believe that the baby is a human upon conception, but upon birth.
Anyway, despite your view on Obama; he really isn't the anti-Christ, and that is extremely ignorant and immature for anyone to call him that. He's a floppin' CHRISTIAN. And just because one of his parents is from Kenya doesn't make him the anti-Christ. It doesn't make him any less patriotic. It doesn't make him any less Christian. And it doesn't make him any less American.
On the topic of the Bill Aryes thing-- McCain saw that he was lagging in the polls and made a final attempt to scare people into voting for him instead of Obama by playing 6 degrees of seperation.
The most important thing is for the McCain supporters is to not be sore losers and respect Obama and support him throughout his term(s) as president.

The taxes need to be risen or else our country is going to get into even MORE debt then it already is in. He comes back with the fact he's having a "spending freeze" on everything besides war, everything to do with war, people with disabilities, education, health care, and the list goes on and on. At what point does this stop being a 'spending freeze'. He's obviously lying when he says that he isn't going to raise taxes. And it's better to raise the taxes a tiny bit on the people that can afford to spear 12 dollars, rather than the people who are struggling to not to file backrupsy and become public charges.

I don't like Obama, but seriously? The anti-christ? That's going a tad bit too far. Doesn't he practice, like, ten different religions? Anyone who calls him the anti-christ is utterly preposterous and needs to have some sense beaten into them.
One of the things I don't like about Obama is that he wants socialized medicine. Excuse me, but people can pay for their own dang health care. I don't care how little extra the wealthier families have to pay, it's stupid. We make our money for US not for people who can't seem to get a better job.

No, he's a Christian, fer sure. Btw; picture thing where he "wasn't saluting the flag" he just didn't put his hand over his heart when they were singing the national anthem. It's only doubted because his dad is from Kenya, which is a pretty lame reason, if you ask me.

Btw, that whole ordeal with Joe the Plumber was messed up. =| The guy got confused because he took the total ammount he made; WITHOUT paying his workers & for supplies and stuff. Turned out he actually earned much less than $600,000, and the amount he actually earned determines the amount of taxes he needs to pay. BTW anyone know any other pumbers making over a half million dollars a year?

No... Obama now said $100,000 or more now.... and DO NOT CALL ME RICH, but my family makes more than that. And what has Obama done for the U.S.A? Nothing, we dont know what he wants to do, or who he is.

um, no hate to disappoint you but it's for those to make over a quarter of a million dollars. I curious where you're hearing this from?
btw-I think the abortion bill being talked about earlier was one where it was a bill for partial birth abortion and he voted against it because there wasn't a clause for if the mother's health was in danger. So basically if that bill had been passed then a mother who's health was in danger because of the pregnancy could die and if the baby wasn't born first, then the baby would die also.

My point is that a lot of people keep freaking out about Obama raising taxes on the middle class, and small business owners, but it will only be raised by about twelve dollars if you make between $250,000-$609,000 a year which is what most small businesses make. all others below that will have their taxes lowered. Above that, taxes will be raised a fairly considerable amount which I agree with but at the same time I disagree with how much they're being raised

Yeah, but if you listened to different speeches as it came closer to election date, the amount of the salary went down. Biden who was speaking for the president had last said 150,000 in a speech just a week or so ago. And twelve dollars may not seem like a lot you you, but it adds up. With the taxes that are already on EVERYTHING we purchase, money we earn, profits we make, and even a gift tax (which is an outrage) it takes way to much out of the average person's pocket. In order for the economy to get better, the people need everything they've got, not have the government take more. And just because some people have bigger incomes, it doesn't necessarily make them rich and it hurts them too to have higher taxes. And yeah, that whole thing about the after-birth abortion I had just heard from a girl at college and I realize that I was misinformed. Sometimes stories just get changed a bit when it travels around so I apologise. But as soon as an egg becomes fertalized it is a human being and has rights, the right to live, it's in our first amendment. A fetus can feel pain at only 8 weeks of age. www.abortionfacts.com/online_books/love_them_both/why_cant_we_love_them_both_14.asp#By%208%20weeks?%20Show%20me!Check out that website. It tells all about how the fetus reacts to things such as a needle to the hand and it talks about the Silent Scream. *shivers*
