Poem thingy 2 -Hidden

Butterflies

Thats what most people describe the feeling as

But for me its something more...

The fact that we're best friends

that may have something to do with it

The fact that your one of the only people I can talk to when things get bad

that may have something to do with it

The fact that your the most amazing person I've ever known

That may have something to do with it...



But I know if I do something, that feeling will dissapear

I've tried before

It didn't bother me as much then as it does now

Because now I know I can't move on

I can't go back to what I was before

I can't...I won't go back to the dark




You brought me back from there when no one else could

You made me see the light in everything around me

You gave me the joy that no one else could

You gave me hope





So now

as I watch the days go by

I try to live out each day to its fullest

I try to be more than I already am

I try to be the best friend I can




Because I would rather be hidden

Then be without you
