It's been slightly over 10 years since I opened W;TFC.
I don't think I've checked in on this site in over a year and a half. I was talking with a coworker this morning about the site when he asked if I was much of a role player or not. I then started reading the "A Tribute to Our Site" thread and saw how many people, including myself, had this place as a refuge when they had no place they felt accepted in the outside world. That hit home. At the current time, I've been struggling with feeling incredibly out of place. I don't feel like I fit in with my coworkers, I don't have friends living in the area, and I hate where I live.
I miss this place. I miss feeling important, accepted, and feeling like I was helping people.

well, wouldn't it just be a shame if we somehow rounded up some people and rebooted it? ah, its a nice thought anyways, right? but i seriously understand where you're coming from, and have felt the same. i'm still incredibly attached to this fandom, and i miss it more every day.

Crazy how time passes, huh? So much has changed over these past years... I can relate much to your situation, Maple. I really hope things get a bit easier for you. Keep your head up. BTW, happy holidays to anyone who happens to see this! :3

I've recently been thinking about this site, and like you have said, I've been missing it more and more each day.
W;TFC was home and it will always have a special place in my heart.
Hope you guys are all having wonderful lives <3
