"Grraahh!"

A great yell sounded in the forest. I looked up, my dark black tail swishing. "What was that?" I asked the giant golden creature next to me. The creature lifted his broad, giant head and listened, but the noise had stopped, "I don't know, Shadow." I sighed and folded my pitch black wings over my head, "Your supposed to know everything." I muttered under my breath and turned over, my back to him. The golden creature roared and hissed violently, "Do not talk to me like that!" he roared, golden eyes fixing on me. I fixed my red eyes on his golden one and bowed my pointed black head. "Yes sir." I said shamefully and looked back at the moon, my fiery red eyes fixing on it in a sort of trance. My eyes lit up and sort of changed in color from black to brown to red again. I felt like I was being changed. Star, the giant golden dragon, noticed this and tried to stop me, but it was too late, I was already in the air, my gowing red eyes now a dark crimson. "Die Fool!" I roared and a fiery blast roared out of my mouth. "Shadow! Shadow it's me!" Star yelled and began to vigorously flap his golden wings and got airborn.

I roared volenty, making the ground quake. "Come back coward!" I roared after him, flapping my large black wings and easily getting airborn. The night sky colored sanguine behind me as I chased the large golden dragon in front of me. Fire burst out of my mouth, singing the goden tail in front of me. My black scales shone in the full moon as m wing flapped and gained speed. In front of me, Star shot out his golden fire at me. No, not at me, behind me. I turned, only to see the the sun was rising...
My firey red eyes rolled into into my head and I tilted down and began to spiral, head first, to the ground. As my black body spun through the air, I felt powerful jaws around my neck, then, nothing.
The rays of the sun woke me and I yawned and stretched. Star was outside, sunning himself, and Ryan was inside the tree-den, a freshly caught mouse in his hands. He looked over at me and smiled. "Nee-ah Shadow!" he said, being a human meant he was not supposed to know dragon speach. Yet, he wasn't supposed to have pet dragons either, epessially ones who go crazy on the full moon. What he had said was 'Good-Morning Shadow!' Either way, I saw the rabbit and began slapping my tail on the floor, ignoring hi poor dragon-speach. "Ya hungry?" he asked. I nodded my large, pointed black head and sent a blast of fire into the air. Ryan tossed the rabbit to me and I caught it in mid-ar,swallowing it whole. "I'm going to be out hunting today for the family," Ryan said, "So please do not go outside-" turning to look at Star, then back at me, he said hrugh gritted teeth, "Expecially at night." he gave me a stern look and walked over to feed Star, and give him the news.

As the day drew to an end, I kpt my back turned to the moon and tried to sleep. Star was layin behind me, breathing hard. Ryan had packed up some sand bags to block the entrance, exra pre-caughtions about me seeing the moon. I sighed and turned onto my back, staring at the ceiling. Wy did I hav to be cursed by this desease? Why me? I questioned myself. Should I even be alive?
