Rules for nominating/voting[/size]
1/ The following people cannot be nominated this month: SunFur and VioletStorm (they've won the last two)
2/ Do not nominate someone who has already been nominated. Check the list to see if they've been nominated already or not (the list is below the rules)
3/ Nominate/vote for a person who is 1. a good RPer, 2. active, 3. helpful, 4. friendly, 5. responsible, 6. respectful, 7. etc etc. Basically, nominate/vote for the person you think best deserves it, don't nominate/vote for someone just because they tell you to or because they're your friend.
4/YOU CAN ONLY VOTE ON ONE ACCOUNT! As well only one of your accounts can be nominated.
