Ok, I am simply raising awareness. It is for my church, but all donations are acceptable =]
At my church, we do the 30 Hour Famine, sponsored by World Vision. In order to raise money for kids across the world who lack the necessities of life, such as: food, health water, shelter, clothes, and education. It also helps those who have been effected by the AIDS Epidemic in Africa. I will be participating along with the rest of my youth in a 30 hour fast. I will go 30 hours without eating, also I will be sleeping in a cardboard box outside, and I will have a mere 20 oz. bottle of very diluted gatorade[in order to represent inadequate water source]. My church as been the leading church in the world for the last 5 years running. We would like to keep that streak going.
Depends on what you feel like, right? Should you order pizza tonight? Microwave a burrito? Maybe swing a little fast food action? Or wait and see what Mom or Dad are cooking up? The choices you have are endless.
But for more than 840 million people around the world, often there is no choice
They go to bed hungry. All 840 million. That's almost three times the number of people living in the entire United States. And it includes more than 300 million children.
Imagine if your fridge was empty.... for months. Now imagine you rely on rain to grow food instead of buying it at the supermarket. It hasn't rained in years. This is how those 840 million people live.

Thank you for all the help and listening, pray for all of those kids and people.
And if you were to make a donation, i would appreciate if you would say that you are sponsoring Caitlin O. But if not, the donation is still welcome ^_^
