What is the New Solstice?
In The New Solstice, you can be any animal! Prowl the forest as a cougar. Howl at the moon as a wolf. And even patrol the skies as a falcon! On the forum you guide your animals life through everything, from finding food, taking territory, battles, and alliances. You can either follow a natural path of enemies, like for example; cougars and wolves won't mix. Or, you can set out to find allies, of every kind. It's your choice!
What Animals are Available?
Preferably, your animal should be a creature that can live in the forest....Like so:
1) Cougars
2) Bobcats
3) Feral, Small cats. (like the ones you have at home
)
4) Wolves
5) Foxes
6) Badgers
7) Bears
8) Falcons
9) Hawks
10) Owls
11) Weasels
ANYTHING PEOPLE! You can even be a squirrel if you wish!
Where can my Animal Go?
There is a large variety of terrains that your animals can wonder through:
1)Mountains
2)Valleys
3)Caves
4)Woods
5)Plains
6)Marshes
7) Swamps
8) Rivers
What about animals like Wolves, who live in Social Groups?
Animals like wolves and small cats can live in groups. "Camps" have been made where they can be together and live. But that does not limit where they can go. "Clans" have been made for cats, and "packs" have been made for the wolves. You can find a seperate area, where their members are listed. You don't have to be part of a pack, but it would be mroe realistic.
What Else can I do, outside of RPing?
Theres lots you can do! Their are board games, where people play games on the forum. The General Board, where you can talk about anything. Book Talk, where you can discuss (you guessed it) books. And much more!
