Okayy, I'm not challenging this, its just I need a clarification. Juniperkit isn't in ThunderClan yet. So... Juniperkit is not a kit? So, how can they be nominated for best kit, if they aren't even a character? I just need some clearing up on that.

They are an accepted character who is named Juniperkit and is the daughter of Swiftheart's son. Swiftheart is already bringing Dragon and Juniper back to TC, but since there's no leader and we have an inactive deputy, there's no way to actually give her a ceremony so she can become an official kit. I think she's already in the allegiances though...
