So this is the short version I made as suggested. I tried to make it rhyme, but I don't know if its any good.

Three once great clans of the Mountain
A prohecy was recieved
The Medicine Cats failed to do their part
A horrible disaster ripped the Clans apart

Slowly they regained their former strength
became great once again
Soon a new prohechy will arise from the stars
The Clans will have but one chance to erase the previous scars

If the chosen ones fail
Their previous lives will pale
To the shadow that will haunt the Clans
Until darkness reigns over all
