No seriously Fawn is rite! You need to eat more, you need to eat otherwise your body finds and stores the fat because it doesn't know when you will eat next. Eating every 2 to 3 hours keeps you healthy then exercise is easier cause you burn off the fats you don't store!

Also if you eat more protien high meals you won't crave eating as much

I dont crave eating....i HATE eating!and besides...i do exersise.......i used to run three miles a day but i had t cut it down bcz of skool so now i run 2 miles a day plus four hours of basketball

I live in like a hippy town, lol. And I love my town but sadly it's like the number one place for retirees, and the second most expensive place to buy a house in Oregon. I have some new pic of me with my peacoat I can show you! I am afriad of boats. I get tense when I have to go out on a boat in the ocean or on a lake, I don't know why. And I also don't like swimming in the ocean, well at least the parts I go to, I'm fine with clear calm waters, like Playa de Norte on Isla Mujeres. And I'm of course fine with swimming pools, except for when they're gross from little kids and such  . I went to the Monterrey Bay Aquarium in like 6th grade and I got a cool big pencil, then I lost it at school, which was dumb  . Now I will tell a little about my graphics career, yay! So my friend told my about Horseland in like 6th grade, and then I was on there for a long time and soon found out about people making personalized pictures and layouts, so I started doing that I would use MS Publisher and later on Paint to get the image out of the background, that took forever. Then I joined Majestic Mountains, a horse RPG for a while and made 2 other sites before this one that failed. I started doing Warrior RPGs and when I found out there were books in August of 7th grade I was like NO WAY!!!! And then I read all of them in like 2 months. So then I would make sigs for people on Warriors Saga, and I started this site I think September of 8th grade. I got my new photo editing program, and now I'm all successful and stuff! I'll be opening a graphics site hopefully within the next year, and I plan on majoring in Graphic Design and getting a minor in photography. Sorry if that was boring, my life story doesn't always intrest everyone, lol. |
